Our fast-paced team connects world-class manufacturing with outstanding customer care—and we’re looking for a Bilingual Industrial Customer Support & Inside Sales Specialist to be the voice of our customers and a partner to our internal teams.

Your day-to-day

• Begin by reviewing overnight customer messages (English and Spanish), prioritizing inquiries in the CRM and preparing same-day responses.
• Process orders, returns, and order changes with precision—double-checking part numbers, quantities, shipping details, and pricing before submitting.
• Coordinate with production, shipping, and sales to keep orders moving on time; flag and escalate exceptions as needed.
• Jump on calls and virtual meetings to troubleshoot issues, clarify specifications, and keep customers updated.
• Translate documents, policies, and how‑to guides to support Spanish-speaking customers and employees.
• Support the sales pipeline: research prospects, qualify inbound leads, and conduct targeted cold calls and emails to generate new opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations, then nurture prospects with timely follow‑ups.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, quotes, complaints, and resolutions to ensure continuity and quality.
• Stay current on product updates by partnering with our product team and self‑learning resources.
• Build durable relationships with new and existing accounts through proactive communication and service.
• Other duties as assigned.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Customer service experience (manufacturing/industrial environment preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills—confident handling challenging situations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive independently and as a team player in a fast-paced setting.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and customer-first approach.

Preferred

• Experience with ERP or CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot).
• Fluency in English (verbal and written).
• Proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite.

Normal Working Hours and Conditions

Core business hours are generally 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. However, this position may require work to be performed outside of normal business hours based on Company operations.

Physical Requirements

Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting including verbally communicating, seeing and hearing to exchange information and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard. Daily physical functions include standing, sitting and walking for prolonged periods of time and occasionally stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and twisting. The employee may engage in lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling light to moderate amounts of weight up to 25 pounds. The position also requires the operation of office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement.
