Senua Counseling Clinic is a thriving, trauma-informed group practice based in Lake Oswego, Oregon. We’re a team of passionate clinicians who care deeply about creating an inclusive, client-centered space — for both our clients and our staff.

This position is hybrid or remote and open to full-time clinicians (20+ clinical hours/week). Candidates must reside in Oregon and hold an active Oregon license.

About the Role

We’re looking for licensed therapists to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll provide outpatient counseling. You’ll have the opportunity to build a caseload that reflects your clinical interests while working in an environment that values your autonomy, well-being, and professional growth.

What You’ll Do

• Provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families (20+ sessions/week, depending on your preference)
• Complete intake assessments, assign diagnoses, and create treatment plans
• Keep up with progress notes, treatment reviews, and other clinical documentation (we’ll give you tools and support to make it manageable)
• Collaborate with families and other providers as needed to support client goals
• Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant records in our EHR system
• Connect with a team of peers who share your values and want to see you thrive

What We're Looking For:

• Active Oregon license as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW
• Must reside in the state of Oregon
• Experience working with a diverse outpatient population
• Willingness to see children or couples preferred
• Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team
• A deep passion for helping others and a commitment to inclusive, quality care

• Compensation: $95,000–$130,000 per year on average (fee split based on 20–30 clients/week)
