Job Title: Table Saw General Laborer

1st shift (6:00am to 2:30pm) Mon-Fri.

Pay: $18/hr

Job Description

Join our team as a General Laborer and be part of the production process for assembling custom window frames from start to finish. You will use various measurement tools to ensure accuracy, perform quality checks, and utilize a range of equipment and tools to complete tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Operate table saw with 16" blade to cut a vertical beam that divides a window into smaller glass units (ie. Mullion).
• Assemble custom window frames from start to finish.
• Utilize tape measure and other measurement tools to ensure parts are measured to specification.
• Perform quality checks on all completed windows.
• Utilize table saw and various hand and power tools, including table/trim saws, vertical/horizontal sanders, air nailers, etc.
• Use carts and material handling equipment to move windows over 50lbs throughout the facility.
• Perform final quality checks on windows before they are prepped for shipment.
• Assist with other general labor tasks as needed.

Essential Skills

• At least one year of production/manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs throughout the shift.
• Attention to detail and a quality mindset.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and perform tasks while seated.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with assembly, finishing, and grinding processes.
• Familiarity with reading blueprints.
• Willingness to work overtime and collaborate with team members.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
