Operations Director

The mission of the Montessori School of Bowling Green is to provide a nurturing community that educates the whole child in a Montessori environment, where children develop mutual respect, personal responsibility and a passion for learning. We are a private, non-profit, 18 month-9th grade school and have been educating children in a Montessori environment since 1980. We are excited to include an advancement position on our administrative team to further our mission.

Applicant must hold a bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or closely related field. Qualified individuals must have experience with QuickBooks or other financial management software application. Administrative experience preferred. This individual oversees all business and facilities related aspects of the school and should be visionary and vigilant regarding its financial attributes. The director oversees all financial and service accounts for the school, facilities maintenance, and legal and regulatory aspects of the business and its employees. The director is communicative with parents and guardians with regard to their individual accounts and services and provides direction to the staff regarding payroll and human resources needs.
