Main Requirements:
Work alongside our client service team to provide our clients with white-glove service
Prepare, mail, and organize client materials such as statements, checks, and other account paperwork
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a timely and professional manner
Manage and coordinate client scheduling needs
Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical to ensure regulatory compliance
Follow up with clients on items awaiting client action, such as signed documents, approvals, and additional information needed to move requests forward
Support internal operations by offloading administrative tasks from our client service team and advisors
