Accounting/Auditing Manager

A growing accounting, tax, and consulting firm is seeking an Accounting and Audition Manager to join their team. You will work Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Job Responsibilities:**
- Conduct audits, reviews, and compilations for privately help businesses and must be versed in current accounting standards
- Prepare audited, reviewed, and compiled financial statements
- Review work papers prepared by staff and offer feedback
- Manage multiple engagements concurrently with various teams to efficiently meet client deadlines
- Provide supervision, training, and support to the engagement staff and promote open communication to the engagement partner
- Promote the firm ad general new business opportunities
Job Qualifications:
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting with a CPA License
- Must have at least 5 years public accounting experience
- Must have knowledge and be well versed in current accounting standards with the ability to effectively manage engagements and professional represent the firm during client visits
- Must be able to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships
- Must have excellent communication, customer service, analytical, organizational, and project management skills while paying a high attention to detail
- Must be professional, have integrity, along with a positive attitude
- Must have the ability to manage multiple engagements in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, interactive, results-based team environment
