Supervisor
Flyers Pizza, a well-established independent pizza restaurant chain founded in 1976, is seeking an Hourly Supervisor to join its growing team across 10 locations in Central Ohio. This role offers the opportunity to lead in a high-volume restaurant environment while enjoying a flexible schedule. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and high standards of service
- Lead, train, and mentor team members to foster professional development and strong performance
- Deliver outstanding customer service, creating a welcoming and customer-focused environment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in accordance with hygiene and safety standards
- Support the management team in achieving operational goals and upholding company values
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Strong integrity, personal responsibility, and a solid work ethic
- Customer-oriented mindset with a sense of urgency
- Ability to work a flexible schedule; ideal for those unable to commit to a 45-48 hour work week
