What your day looks like

You arrive at our Salem plant, gear up, and join a close-knit production crew. You’ll assemble, package, and handle products with precision, while following safety and security procedures at every step. Between tasks, you’ll keep the line organized, communicate with teammates, and help us meet daily production goals—all while maintaining top-tier quality.

What you bring

• Hard-working, detail-focused, and reliable—plus drug free
• Comfort lifting up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis
• Able to stand for extended periods with frequent bending and twisting
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, refrigerated setting
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed

Pay and perks

• Starting rate: $15.00–$21.90/hr (First Shift)
• Starting rate: $16.50–$21.90/hr (Second Shift)
• Guaranteed increases every 3 months during your first year (totaling +$1.95/hr)
• $400 sign-on bonus after 90 days
