Location: Findlay, OH

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (may fluctuate based on clinic needs)

Salary Range: $42,600 – $49,000 annually

Reports to: Director of Operations

Status: Full-time, salaried

Travel: Periodic travel to MonArk clinics; mileage reimbursed

Overview:
At MonArk ABA, we are dedicated to empowering individuals through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). We are currently seeking a dependable, proactive, and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our operational needs. This position is based in our Findlay clinic and will involve occasional travel to other MonArk locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, scan, and distribute incoming mail and faxes to appropriate parties.

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate team members.

• Order and coordinate delivery of specialized materials, assessments, and products.

• Manage and place orders for staff apparel, keycards, business cards, and other supplies.

• Support Billing and Enrollment Specialist in scheduling of IAs, uploading documents from Jot Forms, and auditing forms that are needed from clients.

• Provide general administrative support to the operations team.

Schedule & Travel:
Your general working hours will be 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Hours may vary depending on the clinic's needs. Periodic travel to other MonArk ABA locations is required; mileage reimbursement is provided for approved travel.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual Salary: $42,600 – $49,000

• Paid Time Off: 10 paid days annually, accrued per payroll period

• Unpaid Time Off: 10 unpaid days per worked year
