The Reserves Network is proud to be the exclusive staffing partner for a leading international automotive safety parts manufacturer in Medina County. We are seeking motivated individuals with or without manufacturing experience to join a growing production team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering paid training, advancement opportunities.. Responsibilities

• Load and unload small parts into production machines
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
• Perform general material handling and warehouse duties
• Inspect finished products to meet quality and safety standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and meet production expectations
• Ability to follow quality control and safety procedures
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Manufacturing experience is welcome but not required
