Small Equipment Operator/Company Driver
Equipment Operator/Company Driver (Seasonal)
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Seasonal Equipment Operator to join our team. This position is responsible for operating heavy equipment safely and efficiently while also assisting with general labor duties, use of hand tools, transporting equipment, and other tasks as needed.
Responsibilities
- Drive company trucks to and from job sites, with and without trailers
- Drive and operate dump trucks safely and efficiently
- Load and unload trailers and equipment safely and efficiently
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Support crew members with general labor tasks and project completion
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and job site regulations
- Complete additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience
- Valid driver’s license required; non-CDL
- Experience towing and backing trailers
- Ability to safely use hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Willingness to assist with manual labor and other tasks as needed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
