Our training program ensures all team members are equipped with the skills to be successful as a mover. More often than not, being a mover is not a job you plan on having forever. Whether you work with us for 2 months, 2 years or longer, our goal is for you to be able to say:

What You’ll Do (Job Responsibilities):

1. Load, unload, and transport furniture, boxes, and other household items with care.
2. Safely pack and secure items in trucks to prevent damage during transport.
3. Navigate narrow stairways, tight hallways, and tricky doorways like a pro.
4. Communicate with clients and teammates to ensure a smooth and stress-free move.
5. Assist with the setup of furniture and equipment at new locations.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Physical strength and stamina—you’ll be lifting and moving heavy items all day.
2. A team player who can work well with others and handle the pressures of a fast-paced workday.
3. Problem-solving skills—every move is different and you’ll need to think on your feet.
4. Attention to detail—customers trust you with their belongings, so care is key.
5. Excellent customer service skills—moves can be stressful, but you’ll be there to make it easier.

Requirements:

1. Ability to lift at least 100 lbs. repeatedly throughout the day.
2. Previous experience as a mover or in a physically demanding job is a plus, but not required.
3. Reliable transportation to work daily (Located in Lewis Center, Ohio)
4. Availability for flexible hours, including weekends and occasional long days.
5. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability.
