TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Cleveland, Ohio, 44124!
Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical/Surgical Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours (19:00 - 07:00) Experience: Minimum of 18 months recent permanent Medical/Surgical Telemetry experience required License: Permanent state license required Certifications: BLS and ACLS required Must-Have: - Minimum of 18 months permanent experience in specialty prior to travel - Active required certifications with nothing pending Description: AUTO OFFER - 36 or 48 hours per week. Night shift, 3 - 12 hour shifts from 7 PM to 7:30 AM. Must have a valid state license or compact state license in hand. BLS & ACLS certifications are required. Nurses must have extensive experience in the specialty area being applied for. References from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the relevant specialty are required to qualify for submission. Background checks will be reviewed, and applicants with any open cases will not be accepted. The facility has established compliance and assessment requirements that must be met prior to starting. There is a strict policy regarding nicotine use and exemptions will only apply temporarily for specific roles. Candidates must complete fingerprinting and badge pickup before their start date. Extensions are permitted with the client for a maximum duration, followed by a required break. Modules and pre-start requirements must be completed as specified.
