1st Shift Industrial Maintenance Lead - $37/hr

*Must be strong in electrical and mechanical maintenance

Essential Skills

• 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with 240v-480v panels or as an electrician
• 5+ years of experience in repairing electrical or mechanical equipment.
• Skills in installing, aligning, and balancing new equipment

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Welding and machining skills are optional but beneficial.
• Familiarity with hand tools, fitting, welding, schematics, motors, MIG welding, and boiler maintenance.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lancaster, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $36.00/hr.
