Business Development Manager
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within aerospace and defense markets.
- Build relationships with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and strategic partners.
- Manage a healthy sales pipeline from prospecting through program launch.
- Work closely with engineering, operations, and leadership to deliver customer solutions.
- Represent Renegade Materials at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
- Help shape the company's long-term growth strategy.
- 10+ years of experience in business development, technical sales, materials engineering, process engineering, or another customer-focused role within aerospace, defense, advanced materials, or manufacturing.
- Proven ability to develop new business and grow strategic customer relationships.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Routine domestic travel with occasional international travel required.
- U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident due to ITAR requirements.
