Mowing Crew Member

We are seeking a Full Time Mow Crew Member to join our team.
This is a full-time position with consistent hours during the landscaping season (April–November) and on-call, premium-paid opportunities for snow removal in the winter.

Responsibilities

• Operate mowing and landscaping equipment to maintain lawns and outdoor spaces
• Capability to lift 50 pounds consistently
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
• Work collaboratively with crew members to complete daily assignments efficiently
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
• Assist with additional landscaping tasks as needed
• Ensure high-quality work with strong attention to detail
• Arrive on time and be prepared to work at the scheduled start time, which may be as early as 6:00 a.m. during peak season.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Capability to lift 50 pounds consistently
• Proficiency in operating standard landscaping machinery such as zero-turn mowers, trimmers, and blowers
• Regular, dependable attendance record
• Willingness to work variable hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions
• Non-smoking applicants preferred due to a zero-tolerance policy on client properties, company property, and vehicles

Compensation

Competitive hourly pay, PAID WEEKLY
$17.00 - $19.00/hour dependent on experience level
