Client Travel Experience Specialist
We are looking for a detail-oriented and service-driven Client Travel Experience Specialist to support clients with planning and organizing memorable travel experiences. This role is well suited for individuals in the Middletown, Delaware area who enjoy structured tasks, research, and providing dependable support in a remote environment.
In this position, you will assist clients by gathering preferences, timelines, and budget considerations. You will research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities, ensuring all information is accurate and clearly presented. Strong attention to detail is essential, as you will help organize itineraries, confirm reservations, and maintain accurate records.
You will also provide support before, during, and after travel by addressing questions, confirming updates, and assisting with changes as needed. This role emphasizes coordination, documentation, and client satisfaction rather than direct selling.
