For more than 100 years, we have proudly served the metal fabrication industry by producing high-quality tooling for Ironworkers and C-Frame machines. Successful candidates will start in a Utility Associate role, gaining hands-on experience while learning our products, processes, and industry.

As your skills develop, you will receive training on a variety of equipment and manufacturing operations, including manual machinery, mechanical equipment, and CNC machines.

What You'll Do

• Learn and operate a variety of machine tools and manufacturing equipment
• Inspect finished products to Cleveland Steel Tool quality standards
• Maintain accurate production records
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Follow production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements
• Assist with additional manufacturing tasks as needed
• Train to safely operate a forklift, hand pallet jack, and overhead crane
• Read blueprints, shop cards, and production documentation

• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to quickly learn and perform a variety of manufacturing tasks
• Basic math skills and attention to detail
• Ability to read blueprints and shop documentation, or willingness to learn
• Dependable work ethic and commitment to quality
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
• Mechanically inclined individuals are encouraged to apply

Work Location: On-site (Not Remote)
