Day and Night rotating shifts available: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality nursing care to patients in a medical-surgical telemetry unit, working within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care in the Med/Surg Telemetry unit.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and respond to changes effectively.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required.
• Active Ohio nursing license or compact state license is required.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications are required.
• Must have prior permanent experience in the specialty applied for.
• Reference from a supervisory role in the specialty is required.
