Shift: 1st (Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM)
Pay Rate: $18.07/hour
Location: Honda Plant – Raymond, Ohio (Badge eligibility required)

Job Summary:
We’re seeking a safety-minded Material Handler/Forklift Operator to join our team at the Honda facility in Raymond, OH. This role involves transporting product and materials within a warehouse or production setting using powered industrial trucks such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or dock loaders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts and related equipment to move, gather, and distribute materials
• Review production schedules and shipping orders to determine workflow
• Record accurate counts of materials received and shipped
• Maintain equipment in clean and safe working order
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines diligently
• Break down shipping crates and handle packaging materials
• Report service needs for equipment promptly

Qualifications:

• Must be eligible to receive a badge for access to the Honda plant
• Forklift operation certification preferred (or willing to obtain)
• Commitment to workplace safety is a must
• Prior warehouse or production experience is a plus
