Lotus Behavior Analysis Therapy is hiring full-time & part-time Clinical Behavioral Health Associates to join our medical practice. This is not a typical job. It is a structured clinical role where you will be supported, developed, and expected to grow into a true healthcare professional.

The Standard

This is a full-time clinical role with real expectations:

• Consistent availability across five days per week is required
• Daily clinical shifts typically range from three to seven hours based on patient needs
• Your schedule is driven by clinical necessity
• Reliability is essential to maintaining quality care and continuity for our patients

What You Will Do

• Change the lives of our clients and their families
• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Execute individualized treatment plans with precision
• Collect and record clinical data accurately and consistently
• Participate in ongoing supervision and apply feedback to improve
• Maintain a professional standard in all interactions with patients, families, and team members
