Banyan Living is seeking an Experienced Property Manager to lead and manage our premium multifamily communities with a focus on operational excellence and resident satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in property management, a solid understanding of the luxury housing market, and a demonstrated ability to drive financial performance while maintaining a high level of resident engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations for the property, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to maximize occupancy rates.
• Manage all financial aspects of the property, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Foster strong relationships with residents, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
• Recruit, train, and manage on-site staff, providing leadership and ensuring a high-performance culture.
• Conduct regular property inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness and curb appeal.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair activities, ensuring timely and effective responses to resident needs.

This position requires a proactive leader with exceptional communication skills and a passion for creating quality living experiences.

Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, preferably in luxury multifamily housing.
• Strong knowledge of property management principles, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in using property management software, with Yardi experience being a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills for effective relationship building.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a culture of customer service and accountability.
• In-depth knowledge of local housing laws and regulations, with a focus on Fair Housing compliance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
