Lead Developer / Architect (Automation & IAM)

ITTConnect is seeking a <\/span><\/span> Lead Developer\/Architect <\/span><\/span><\/b><\/u><\/span><\/span><\/b> to work on site for a client in the Columbus, OH area. This is a potentially long term position with a client that is a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services with over 300,000 team members in nearly 50 countries. The end client is in the Energy sector. <\/span>

We are seeking a lead developer to spearhead a suite of breakthrough digital transformation projects. You will be the technical authority responsible for bridging legacy systems with modern automation, specifically driving the re\-platforming of our identity management systems and upgrading critical utility\-scale work management platforms. <\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

Key Strategic Projects <\/span><\/span><\/u> : <\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/h3>

• MyAccess to Saviyent Re\-platform: <\/span><\/span><\/b> Lead the architectural transition from legacy MyAccess to Saviyent, ensuring a seamless migration of identity governance and administration (IGA).
  <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  
  
• Maximo 9.0 & Storms Upgrade: <\/span><\/span><\/b> Serve as the technical lead for the upgrade and integration of MAS 9.0 and the Storms Work Management System. <\/span><\/span><\/span>

• ​<\/span><\/span><\/span> Enterprise Automation: <\/span><\/span><\/b> Design and deploy sophisticated automation workflows to connect these disparate systems using <\/span><\/span> UiPath <\/span><\/span><\/b> and <\/span><\/span> Microsoft Power Platform (MSPP)<\/span><\/span><\/b> . <\/span><\/span>

  • Automation Mastery: <\/span><\/span><\/b> Expert\-level experience with <\/span><\/span> UiPath <\/span><\/span><\/b> (Orchestrator, REFramework) and <\/span><\/span> Microsoft Power Platform <\/span><\/span><\/b> (Power Automate, Power Apps). <\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    
    
  • Identity & Access Management (IAM): <\/span><\/span><\/b> Proven track record with <\/span><\/span> Saviyent <\/span><\/span><\/b> or similar IGA platforms (SailPoint, Okta). <\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    
    
  • Legacy Integration: <\/span><\/span><\/b> Deep understanding of <\/span><\/span> MAS (Maximo Asset Management)<\/span><\/span><\/b> or <\/span><\/span> Storms <\/span><\/span><\/b> work management software is highly preferred. <\/span>

  • Architectural Leadership: <\/span><\/span><\/b> Ability to design end\-to\-end solutions that involve complex API integrations, data mapping, and security protocols. <\/span>

    • Experience in the <\/span><\/span> Utilities or Energy sector <\/span><\/span><\/b> (highly desirable given the Storms\/MAS stack). <\/span>

    • Strong background in C#\/.NET or Java to support custom RPA activities. <\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      
      
    • Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical "breakthroughs" to executive stakeholders. <\/span>
