Our agency opened in 2014 and is a close-knit team of three who take pride in professionalism, integrity, and strong customer relationships. Before becoming an agent, I spent 26 years with State Farm in various leadership roles across multiple departments, which gave me a deep understanding of the company and how to best serve both customers and team members. I attended the University of Akron, where I studied Political Science. Im also a military veteran and a big basketball fan. Discipline, teamwork, and commitment are values I carry with me from both my military and corporate experience. I stay involved in the community as an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, and believe strongly in giving back and staying connected locally. Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
- Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
- Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
- Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
- Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
