Surface Preparation & Finishing Painter
Martin Painting & Coating is looking for a skilled Surface Preparation & Finishing Painter to handle detailed prep work and final coating application. This role is ideal for painters who take pride in craftsmanship and precision.
Responsibilities:
- Execute all stages of surface preparation.
- Mix, match, and apply coatings per project specs.
- Ensure uniformity, accuracy, and high-quality finishing.
- Assist with the cleanup and proper disposal of materials.
- Report project progress and issues as needed.
Qualifications:
- 1 + years of experience with industrial or commercial painting preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience in surface prep and finish work.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
