District Manager of Healthcare Technology Management
We are seeking a District Manager of Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) / Clinical Engineering to serve as the Executive Director for a large, multi-site academic health system in Cleveland, Ohio. This nationally recognized organization is known for its leadership and excellence in patient care.

- Support and promote a diverse, inclusive, and high-performing workforce.
- Develop and execute regional strategies to support business growth.
- Lead succession planning and support the development of key team members.
- Drive strong operational and financial performance across healthcare technology management services.
- Build and lead a dynamic team with diverse expertise to deliver high-quality results.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the healthcare system and maintain strong client relationships.
- Establish and manage governance structures to ensure consistent communication and performance alignment.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures.
- Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety programs and recommending improvements when needed.
- Assess financial risks and opportunities, communicate results to leadership, and implement action plans as necessary.
- Support cybersecurity awareness and solutions to help protect healthcare technology environments.
What You Bring
- Proven leadership experience in Healthcare Technology Management within a large healthcare setting.
- Strong ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.
- Excellent business acumen, decision-making ability, and budget management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor employees at various levels.
- Experience reviewing reports and ensuring regulatory and operational compliance.
- Understanding of cybersecurity challenges and solutions relevant to healthcare technology systems.
Position Summary
The District Manager/Client Executive provides overall leadership for client relationships and operational performance across a multi-site healthcare organization. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence by meeting contractual obligations and delivering consistent, high-quality service that is predictable, reliable, and repeatable.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of 7 years of management experience
- Minimum of 7 years of functional experience in healthcare technology management
- Experience leading HTM/clinical engineering operations in a large healthcare environment
- Working knowledge of cybersecurity challenges and solutions in healthcare settings
