Job Summary
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join a specialized Renal Unit. The RN will provide high-quality, patient-centered care using clinical judgment and evidence-based practices. This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care while collaborating closely with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, effective, and culturally competent patient care
- Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans
- Administer treatments and monitor patient progress
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and disease management
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to professional standards
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Active RN License (Ohio or Compact)
- BLS Certification (AHA)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in renal, dialysis, or transplant care
