Classic Ford in Madison, Ohio is currently seeking one experienced individual to join our team as an Automotive Parts Counter Person . This is a full-time opportunity (minimum of 40 hours per week), available immediately .

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in an automotive parts department
  (Dealership experience preferred; parts store experience accepted)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Working knowledge of automotive systems and parts

This is an excellent opportunity for someone currently working in the aftermarket who is ready to make the transition to a dealership environment .

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist retail and wholesale customers in selecting the correct parts
• Offer companion parts, specials, and ensure full product line exposure
• Handle incoming phone calls, provide pricing and availability
• Work closely with the service department to fulfill parts orders
