Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. This individual will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer support through phone, email, and internal communication systems. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and emails professionally
- Assist customers with questions, orders, and account information
- Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Enter and update customer information accurately in company systems
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Process orders, returns, and service requests
- Provide accurate information regarding company products and services
- Maintain professionalism and strong communication with customers and staff
- Follow company policies and customer service procedures
Qualifications
- Previous customer service, administrative, or call center experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and Microsoft Office knowledge required
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- High school diploma or GED required
