Position Overview

A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Real Estate Attorney to handle all aspects of sophisticated real estate transactions. This role involves comprehensive transactional work including purchase agreements, commercial leases, zoning matters, land use planning, and complex real estate development projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, commercial leases, and deeds
• Prepare amendments and other real estate transaction documents
• Assist clients with zoning and land use planning initiatives
• Conduct thorough title and survey review and analysis
• Perform comprehensive legal research on real estate matters
• Manage complex real estate transactions from inception to closing
• Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and third-party professionals

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Admission to practice law in the state of Ohio
• Minimum of five (5) years of transactional real estate experience
• Preferably gained in a law firm environment
• Strong legal research and writing capabilities
• Proven track record managing complex real estate transactions
