Land Acquisition Manager – Solar PV & BESS
Location: Southern Germany | Type: Freelance or Permanent
An international renewable energy developer is looking for a Land Acquisition Manager to support the expansion of its solar PV and BESS portfolio in Southern Germany.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate sites for solar and battery projects
- Conduct feasibility and permitting assessments
- Negotiate land lease and acquisition agreements
- Manage relationships with landowners, authorities, and stakeholders
- Support development projects in collaboration with internal teams
Your Profile
- Several years’ experience in land acquisition or real estate, ideally in renewables
- Strong knowledge of the German development and permitting landscape
- Confident negotiator with landowners and authorities
- Fluent German; English an advantage
- GIS/CAD knowledge beneficial
