Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio or compact state
• At least 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience in a hospital or acute care setting
• BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association preferred)
• Ability to complete all onboarding requirements, including background check, health screenings (MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Tdap, Influenza), drug screen, and competency exams
• Valid Driver's License or State ID

ICU Nurse Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions; administer medications and perform life-saving interventions
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans

• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, clinical procedures, and patient safety standards
