*Responsibilities include: *

• Disassemble, reassemble, and evaluate equipment operations.
• Perform preventative maintenance procedures and techniques.
• Install various machinery, tanks, pumps, and processing equipment as required.
• Size and determine proper fits of keys, shafts, bearings, etc.
• Thread, install & fit black iron, stainless steel piping, tubing, PVC pipe, valves & fittings.
• Experience working with equipment such as: boom lifts, scissor lifts and forklifts
• Troubleshoot, diagnose equipment failures, and identify root cause for mechanical, systems.
• Read and understand operating & maintenance manuals and work instructions.
• Respond to repair and maintenance requests in a timely fashion.
• Perform monthly safety & security reports.
• Follow written and verbal instructions from the maintenance manager or supervisor.

Requirements:

• Able to work on site: Fulltime Daylight shift 6:00am-4:30pm M-F
• Basic knowledge of mechanical & electrical systems
• Good organizational skills, initiative-taker, and a team player.
• Able to manage the physical demands of the job, including standing, bending, pulling, pushing, climbing, and lifting at least fifty pounds.
• Punctual, dependable, and reliable.

• Individuals with plumbing or welding skills (regardless of certification status) are preferred.
