Vendor Relations Specialist

We’re looking for a Vendor Relations Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service. In this role, you’ll manage vendor compliance and performance, strengthen relationships, and help grow revenue for our National Accounts division—all while ensuring top-notch quality and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do- Monitor vendor capacity and performance to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships within our vendor network.
- Strategically grow revenue while maintaining profitability.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and support in a dynamic environment.
- Ensure quality work and compliance with all guidelines.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience: 2+ years in a call center or customer service environment.
- 3+ years in vendor management.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to think strategically, make sound decisions, and work independently.
- Professional integrity and commitment to company values.
- Collaborative office environment with the National Accounts team.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Barberton, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits
