Job Summary
We are seeking a Site Leader Mailroom for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Cleveland, OH. This role is ideal for an experienced administrative, mailroom, or office services professional who enjoys leading daily operations, supporting a small team, and delivering excellent service in a professional legal office environment.

- Pay: $22.00 per hour.
- Job Type: Temp-to-Hire.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Location: Cleveland, OH.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily site operations for a small team, ensuring work quality and deadline compliance.
Perform document services including high-volume printing, copying, scanning, and mail handling.
Provide high-level customer service to law firm staff and visitors, assisting with basic reception or hospitality tasks as needed.
Coordinate conference rooms, office supply inventory, and basic facility requests.
Assist in training team members and maintaining smooth site workflow.
