Job Title: ERP / Business Analyst – Supply Chain

Columbus, OH | Hybrid

(Occasional international travel required)

Compensation: Salary or Hourly

Salary: Targeted up to $160,000 base + 10% bonus (flexible for the right candidate), $100,000 on the low end

Client Overview

Vernovis is partnering with a global manufacturing organization to support the hiring of a senior, business facing IT leader focused on Supply Chain process standardization and ERP enablement. This is a highly visible role working closely with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and IT leadership to drive consistency, efficiency, and measurable business outcomes across global operations.

What You’ll Do

Serve as the primary liaison between Supply Chain / Manufacturing teams and IT, translating business needs into ERP and technology solutions.

Lead efforts to define, standardize, and improve supply chain processes across regions.

Own demand intake and prioritization, ensuring initiatives progress through governance and are delivered effectively.

Facilitate requirements workshops, solution design reviews, and end user training.

Develop and maintain multi year IT and ERP roadmaps aligned with business strategy.

Lead or support projects end?to?end, including chartering, planning, budgeting, and delivery.

Provide transparency into IT costs, risks, capacity, and dependencies to support data driven decisions.

Drive change management, adoption, and value realization of delivered solutions.

Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX).

What Experience You’ll Have

8–10+ years of experience across Supply Chain and IT, with strong business facing responsibility.

Proven experience as a Business Analyst or ERP?focused IT professional supporting supply chain functions.

Strong ability to translate complex supply chain processes into clear ERP and IT requirements.

Experience delivering solutions in regulated environments (SOX, internal controls, country specific requirements).

Bachelor’s degree (technical or supply chain related preferred) or equivalent experience.

What Experience Is Nice To Have

Prior hands on experience in supply chain planning, logistics, or manufacturing operations.

ERP experience with Infor M3 (Oracle or SAP also acceptable).

Background in IT or business consulting environments.

Experience with global or multi region supply chain organizations.
