Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position is available in a K-12 public school district located in Groveport, OH, for the 2025-2026 school year. This contract role supports students across varying grade levels, with schedules dependent on specific grade bands (start times range from 6:45 AM to 8:35 AM, ending between 2:00 PM and 3:50 PM). The position follows Ohio Operating Standards for caseload limits and requires a valid SLP license in Ohio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments in compliance with Ohio guidelines.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support students communication needs.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress.
- Participate in meetings related to student IEPs and program planning.
Qualifications:
- Current Speech-Language Pathologist license valid in Ohio.
- Experience working with students across the K-12 spectrum.
- Knowledge of Ohio Operating Standards for speech-language pathology caseloads.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt to varying school schedules and instructional environments.
Location: Groveport, OH
This position is a full-time, 35-40 hours per week commitment with a contract duration from August 5, 2025, through May 22, 2026.
