Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review blueprints and project plans to determine plumbing system requirements.
• Develop job schedules and assign daily tasks based on team skill levels.
• Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, drainage systems, and sewer lines.
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of plumbers and apprentices.
• Provide on-the-job training and foster team development.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and customers to ensure timely, quality job completion.

We're it if this is You:

• 4–5 years of experience as a Plumbing Foreman; preferably in new construction
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• A professional, positive, and reliable attitude.
• Excellent communication with field teams and project stakeholders.
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork.
