INSIDE SALES SPECIALIST

GENERAL SUMMARY:

Robert McCabe Company, Inc., DBA McCabe Lumber located in Loveland , OH , a leader in the Building Material and Lumber Industry, is looking for a motivated, results driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing sales team. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for generating new business within existing and competitive accounts, managing a pipeline of leads and opportunities, while driving revenue growth. You will play a crucial role in expanding our current and competitive customer accounts and building long-lasting relationships.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive sales by delivering exceptional customer service
• Manage and maintain a pipeline of customers and prospective customers
• Guide customers through sales process by demonstrating features and benefits of products as well as providing information and solutions to meet their needs
• Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers, ensuring positive customer experience
• Utilize design & marketing tools to create product quotations and orders
• Collaborate with team members, customers, and vendors to find solutions
• Support and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines

Job Requirements

• Prior Knowledge of Building Materials and Lumber, helpful

• Prior Sales experience preferred

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively

• Strong computer skills and the ability to master new software programs

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn are a must

• Ability to work independently

Pay: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
