Fiscal Compliance & Transportation Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized professional to manage two critical components of our agency: coordinating our Non-Emergency Transportation (NET) network for county residents and managing our primary funding tracking system. [Essential Functions:]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}

[NET Coordination: Manage the county's Non-Emergency Transportation (NET) program, coordinating medical rides for Medicaid-eligible residents and serving as the liaison to local transit vendors.]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}

[Vendor & Contract Management: Monitor transportation vendor compliance, reconcile monthly invoices, and ensure all trips meet ODJFS Medicaid guidelines.]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}

[RMS Administration: Build, maintain, and oversee the agency's Random Moment Sampling (RMS) module. (We will train the right candidate on this state-specific fiscal tracking system).]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}

[Fiscal Triage: Work directly under the Fiscal Officer to ensure accurate cost-pool allocations and protect the agency's standalone funding streams.]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}

[Qualifications:]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}

[Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Public Administration, or a related logistical field (or equivalent professional experience).]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}

[Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage complex schedules and billing invoices.]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}

[Previous experience with Medicaid, medical transportation routing, or public agency finance is highly preferred.]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}
