Design Consultant/Sales
(Partial remote position)

Showroom Located in Lakewood, Ohio on Madison Avenue.
Due to extended growth, Closets by Design is looking for a full time Design Consultant in the Sales or interior design industry. As a Closets by Design Consultant, you can enjoy the flexibility of working in a schedule that fits for you! You will receive complete sales and design training, no experience required! Closets by Design offers home organization products which include:
- Custom Closets
- Home offices
- Garage Systems
- Pantry & Entertainment Centers
- Murphy Beds
Design Consultant/ Sales Job Description:
- Drive to the Client’s house in a driving radius you are comfortable with (leads are provided, Closets By Design does NOT cold call)
- Take measurements of the area
- Listen to what the client is looking for ---aka, hanging space, shelving, drawers, etc.
- Design, Price, and quote at the clients house
- Follow up with the client if it is not a sale having strong self-organization.
- Computer / Laptop NOT required, but recommended
On average, our Design Consultant's earn $2k-$5k+ in commission and bonuses per month.
