Maintenance Field Manager
Ryan's Landscaping is a leading provider of landscaping services in Delaware, Ohio, dedicated to delivering exceptional outdoor spaces for our clients. As a Maintenance Field Manager, you will play a key leadership role, overseeing multiple maintenance teams to ensure high-quality service, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction. Compensation
Salary range: $60,000–$80,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of 5–7 maintenance teams, consisting of 12–17 employees.
- Conduct quality control checks in collaboration with other managers to maintain high service standards.
- Optimize team schedules and minimize unbillable hours to ensure efficient time management.
- Meet with clients to confirm satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities for additional services.
- Update job schedules and communicate upcoming work to clients as needed.
- Monitor and utilize LMN and Company Cam applications throughout the workday.
- Motivate and support team members to achieve weekly and monthly performance goals.
- Conduct quarterly reviews with Maintenance Team Leaders and team members.
- Communicate with customers via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
- Report daily and weekly production metrics to company leadership and forecast labor needs.
- Organize and lead weekly safety meetings and presentations.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in landscaping or horticulture.
- Pesticide applicator's permit required.
- Ability to identify common landscape plants, pests, and weeds.
- Obtain OCNT certification within the first 60 days of employment.
- Valid driver's license.
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
- Willingness to participate in snow maintenance during winter months.
- Availability to work 40–50 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with some Saturdays in April and May as needed.
