Entry-Level Chemistry Lab Technician

We are hiring for a Chemistry Lab Technician in the Pharmaceutical industry here in the Columbus, Ohio area. This is a long-term career opportunity for someone looking to grow in the sciences.

This role will primarily be performing quality control laboratory testing on generic pharmaceutical products. An ideal candidate for this role will have a Bachelors Degree in a scientific field with strong chemistry experience from school.

Job Description

This role will primarily be performing quality control laboratory testing on generic pharmaceutical products. Testing will primarily be chemistry focused and job duties will include:

• You will be performing sample preparation, wet chemistry, standard weighing, dilutions, and High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and Gas Chromatography (GC).

• Testing will be on a variety of generic pharmaceutical products including Oral Dose Solids and Nasals.

• Will perform a variety of highly regulated documentation activities.

• Will perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a science field with strong chemistry coursework

This is a Permanent position based out of Columbus, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
