Systems Analyst
Job Description
The Systems Analyst plays a key functional role within Programme ATLAS, supporting the analysis, documentation, and redesign of business processes impacted by the Eaton Mobility separation.
This role is heavily focused on requirements definition and operational process design, with a strong emphasis on documentation. The Systems Analyst will capture current-state processes, define future-state solutions, develop SOPs, and support UAT and operational readiness. The ideal candidate brings strong payroll and labor domain knowledge with hands-on experience in process design and stakeholder collaboration

Skills and Requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
Formal training in Business Analysis or Systems Analysis
Business Analysis accreditation preferred
5+ years of Business Analysis or Systems Analysis experienceStrong understanding of:
Requirements elicitation
Process analysis
Functional documentation best practices
Experience with Payroll and/or Time & Attendance systems (highly preferred)
