Responsibilities- Operate and monitor finishing machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Pack finished products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Inspect printed materials for defects and ensure quality control.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Assist with machine setup and troubleshooting as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or print finishing environment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if required.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
