We are currently seeking a Front Desk Representative to join our growing team in Cincinnati. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering a positive first impression to clients, visitors, and partners. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, friendly, and capable of managing multiple administrative tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and courteous manner

• Answer and route incoming calls and emails promptly

• Manage front desk operations, including scheduling and visitor logs

• Maintain office supplies and ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable

• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

• Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation

• Coordinate with internal departments for meetings and appointments

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred

• Proven experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
