Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Front of the House Staff to include Server, Bartender, Host, Busser to join our team in a vibrant dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a keen understanding of food safety, effective time management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and specials to enhance the dining experience.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
• Monitor tables for guest satisfaction, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Process payments accurately through cashiering procedures, ensuring proper cash handling practices.
• Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations throughout all stages of service.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders during busy shifts, particularly during banquets or catering events.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred, with fine dining experience being a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Proficiency in time management to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours.
• Basic math skills for accurate order taking and payment processing; familiarity with retail math is advantageous.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards.
• Experience with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided as needed.
