A high school diploma or equivalent is required to ensure you have the critical thinking abilities necessary for problem-solving and decision-making in our fast-paced manufacturing environment. Proficiency in using hands for repetitive tasks is vital, as you'll be expertly handling small parts for a minimum of 8 hours each shift.
