What matters mostTo thrive as a Full-Time Assembler at Majestic Plastics, you'll need a solid foundation of essential skills and qualifications. A high school diploma or equivalent is required to ensure you have the critical thinking abilities necessary for problem-solving and decision-making in our fast-paced manufacturing environment. Proficiency in using hands for repetitive tasks is vital, as you'll be expertly handling small parts for a minimum of 8 hours each shift. Additionally, physical strength is crucial, as you must be able to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
