Our team is growing rapidly, and we are looking to add an experienced CDL Class A Driver/ Vacuum Truck Operator, you will be involved in the day to day hands-on operations for our company. Summary of basic responsibilities of a CDL Class A Driver/Vacuum Truck Operator include the following:
• Experience in operating commercial trucks to load and unload fluids from various locations to haul to and from well sites, and disposal.
• Ability to handle hoses required for loading and unloading fluids.
• Operate commercial trucks in off road conditions.
• Responsible for maintenance, pre-trip, and post-trip inspections of trucks and trailers including but not limited to: checking tire pressure, fluid levels, safety equipment, gauges, and controls.
• Follows all DOT regulations regarding the safe operation of a motor vehicle and filling out required DOT paperwork.
• Responsible for completing field tickets and other paperwork and submitting in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain positive public relations. Provide courteous, prompt, and complete services to customers.
• Work safely at all times surrounded by unpredictable field conditions, continuously moving vehicles, equipment, and adverse weather conditions.
Minimum Requirements:
• CDL license required - Class A required with Tanker Endorsement & Class B strongly preferred
• Requires minimum of one-year CDL driving experience & Clean driving record
• Valid Medical Card, & Tanker Endorsements
• Hazmat Experience is a strong plus
• Must be able and willing to work in adverse weather conditions, shift work, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime when necessary
• Must be self-motivated individual who can work independently
• Must possess good communication skills and ability to work well with others
• Must be a highly safety minded individual
