Job Description
Our client, a manufacturing facility, is seeking a cleaning crew member. Schedule is 8am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. Schedule is somewhat flexible to begin between 7am and 9am.
Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, office areas and common spaces
Use appropriate cleaning tools and supplies to ensure effective sanitation and maintenance
Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and trash bags to keep facilities fully equipped
Follow established safety procedures
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to supervisors for quick resolution
Maintain a schedule of regular cleaning routines to ensure consistent cleanliness throughout the designated areas
Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as needed to meet specific standards or event requirements
Qualifications
Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning
Strong work ethic with a keen eye for detail and cleanliness
Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move comfortably during cleaning tasks
Excellent time management skills to complete duties efficiently within scheduled hours
Good communication skills to follow instructions and work collaboratively with team members
Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for maintaining team productivity
